Our rates range from €29.00 to €69.00 per night per room (not per person) and are based on available occupancy according to the day of the week and to the season; we do not reserve by the room, as all rooms are equally luxurious. Therefore, just like booking an airline seat, the sooner your reserve the better the rate. Each and every guest is always given their choice of the best available room upon check-in.

Mid-week Rates apply from Monday night to Wednesday night and Weekend Rates apply from Thursday night to Sunday night. Off Season Rates apply from 01-Feb to 15-Mar and from 09-Nov to 15-Dec; Low Season Rates apply from 10-Jan to 31-Jan, from 16-Mar to 31-May and from 01-Oct to 08-Nov; High Season Rates apply from 01-Jun to 14-Jul, from 06-Sep to 30-Sep and from 16-Dec to 09-Jan; Peak Season Rates apply from 15-Jul to 5-Sep.

On stays of 7 nights or longer during High or Peak season, your houseboy will meet you at the airport with a chauffeured Mercedes to escort you home, free of charge.

Our rates include taxes and a gourmet continental breakfast provided at your leisure anytime from 07:00 to 13:00 in our Guest Lounge or on our balcony. Sit back, relax and enjoy breakfast while watching the city come to life! Please note that all our rooms are non smoking, however, guests who wish to indulge in a cigarette will find ash trays on our balcony! All rooms have large double beds and one room can accommodate an extra twin bed, if needed, for an additional €20.00 per night.
