Check In: 14:00 Check Out: 12:00

Early Arrival: Please feel free to arrive as early as 09:00. (We'll hold your bags and show you the Guest Lounge in case your room isn't prepared for early arrival.)

Late Arrival: In case of a late arrival (after 21:00), please advise us by email, fax or phone so we may make arrangements show you to your room.

Late Check-Out: If your room is available, late check-out can be arranged until 19:00 (There is a €20.00 charge for check-out's later than 12:00)

Smoking: For the safety of everyone, and the comfort of our non-smoking guests that follow you, we do not allow smoking in the rooms or in the Guest Lounge. However, smoking is allowed on our balcony where we provide ash trays.

Breakfast: a gourmet continental breakfast is included and provided at your leisure anytime from 07:00 to 13:00 in the Guest Lounge or on our balcony.

Music & Video: Feel free to bring your CDs or DVDs to play in your room or in our Guest Lounge, but please keep in mind that our other guests may rather sit quietly and read (or even nap!) Please do not play any CD or DVD so loud so that it can be heard outside of your room after 23:00.

Pets & Children: Sorry ... but we do not accept pets or guests under the age of 16.
Reservation and Cancellation Policies

As you may imagine, due to our intimate size, changes or cancellations can affect us significantly ...therefore, we must strictly adhere to the following Reservation and Cancellation Policies.

Reservations
A deposit of 35% of the total is required within three (3) business days of booking your reservation; the remainder is due upon check-in.

Cancellations
15 days or more prior to arrival:
100% of deposit refunded minus a €25.00 administrative fee
7 to 14 days prior to arrival:
75% of deposit refunded minus a €25.00 administrative fee
3 to 6 days prior to arrival:
50% of deposit refunded minus a €25.00 administrative fee
72 or less hours prior to arrival or No Show or No Notice: NO REFUND

A minimum number of nights and/or a larger deposit may be required during holiday periods or for special events. If this is the case, you will be notified upon confirmation of your reservation.
